Front of House Manager

We are thrilled to have the Sandtrap Restaurant & Lounge open for business year-round at the Campbell River Golf & Country Club, welcoming diners 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With a complete drink menu and comfortable kid section, the Sandtrap truly offers something for all ages.

To help us offer the best service possible, we are in need of a Front of House Supervisor to help run operations. The role is responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant staff including supervision of servers, bartenders, and hosts. The Front of House Supervisor must be friendly, helpful, and professional at all times to ensure the delivery of superior customer service.  

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule front of house staff
  • Clean and organize restaurant prior to opening and after closing
  • Monitor cleanliness and general appearance of restaurant
  • Assist in serving food and mixing drinks during high volume periods
  • Ensure bar is fully stocked and maintained
  • Adhere to proper food safe standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in food service industry
  • 2+ years management experience – food service industry preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to mix cocktails and pour drinks
  • Flexible availability
  • Serving It Right certification
  • Food Safe certification

Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Early morning, day, evening, and night shifts may be required
