Rental Administrator

If this sounds like you, we are currently seeking a Rental Administrator to join our team! The Rental Administrator will focus on the accounts receivables of all current tenants for Broadstreet Properties rental units throughout the portfolio. The role works within Yardi Voyager to ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation and transactions and resolve discrepancies from current tenant charges and payments. The Rental Administrator supports the property managers to ensure their operational revenue success.
Your contribution to the team includes:
- Process move-ins and audit uploaded documentation
- Prepare and process monthly rent
- Process all NSF's
- Process and audit Notices to Vacate
- Process move-outs
- Review banking from sites and resolve any issues
- Review all credit balances, refunds, and adjust and/or correct if necessary
- Process market rent adjustments
- Process tenant rent increases and renewals (create required tenant documentation)
What you need to be successful:
- Two years' experience in an accounts receivable role
- Advance level of proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entering
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a changing environment
- Strong attention to details and multi-tasking skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
