The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing initiatives for the organization. The Digital Marketing Manager will generate web traffic, conversions and leads through digital campaigns and strategies. This individual will be responsible for creating, managing, and/or analyzing the performance of integrated campaigns and strategies touching SEO, paid ads, social, and more.

The Manager will ensure sufficient prospect lead generation from online sources to attain occupancy goals and will report on results from campaigns and initiatives.  In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will leverage existing customer demographic data and historical trends to anticipate where spend will have the greatest impact. The Digital Marketing Manager ’s decisions are driven by data and will work to understand and identify trends or changes in demand.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring the execution, analysis, and improvement of tactics and processes used in digital marketing campaigns and strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager will also ensure relevant departments are kept informed of campaigns running and the impact each campaign will have on their areas. 


Your contribution to the team includes:

  • Spend time with the team to gain first-hand knowledge about the values, culture, products, and marketing technology at Broadstreet Properties and related companies
  • Research and recommend new technologies and processes to improve Broadstreet Properties’ and related companies’ digital marketing
  • Work with existing technology partners to ensure functionality, processes and reporting are operating correctly and efficiently
  • As a product expert understand the marketing and sales strategy and how best to position Broadstreet Properties and related companies
  • Ensure a consistent message is maintained across everything that is created using the writing style, and brand guidelines
  • Work with SEO partners to enhance the search engine optimization strategy of the Broadstreet Properties and related companies’ websites
  • Responsible for the strategy, implementation, reporting, and improvement of all paid advertising campaigns
  • Manage the digital advertising budget and budgeted cost per lead metrics
  • Attend regular sales meetings to support and consult with sales teams to help achieve/maintain desired outcomes
  • Continuously analyze data to validate the performance of campaigns and is passionate about learning

What you need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of B2C digital marketing experience, ideally in property management or real estate
  • Experience improving SEO and resolving technical SEO issues
  • Experience running paid ad campaigns with Google Ads, Meta, influencers, and other media
  • Experience writing professional sales copy
  • Experience generating awareness and converting it into qualified opportunities
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRMs and CMSs
  • Capable of working with external partners, agencies, and freelancers to deliver campaigns
  • Great communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of change
  • Roll up the sleeves and get it done attitude, comfortable taking charge and owning their work
  • Enjoy working with sales to improve the effectiveness of marketing
