Receivables Administrator
Do you enjoy working with numbers and thrive on problem solving? Are you dedicated to ensuring the accuracy of your work? If so, we are seeking a permanent full-time Receivables Administrator to join our team in Campbell River, BC!
As the Receivables Administrator, you will focus on the accounts receivables of all current tenants for Broadstreet Properties rental units throughout western and central Canada. In this role, you will work within our software system to ensure the accurate and timely processing of documentation and transactions and solve any discrepancies from current tenant charges and payments.
Your contributions to the team include:
- Preparing and processing monthly rent
- Process move-ins and audit uploaded documentation
- Processing all Non-Sufficient Funds (NSFs)
- Processing and auditing Notices to Vacate
- Processing move-outs
- Reviewing banking from sites and resolving any issues
- Reviewing all credit balances, refunds, and adjusting and/or correcting if necessary
- Processing rent adjustments
- Processing tenant rent increases and renewals (create required tenant documentation)
What you need to be successful:
- Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office suite and data entering
- Experience in an accounts receivable role an asset
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Professional verbal and written communication
